This is the re-production of old World War I era Kukri. This Kukri is a very famous among Military Knife collectors because of the facts that this is the very design of this Kukri was carried/used by the Gurkhas in hand-to-hand battle in the Jungle of Burma during world War 1st. This Kukri knife played a very significant role in creating the history of the Gurkhas. We re-constructed the Kukri based on antique Kukri that was used during the WWI and customized the weights, its thickness, handle eg. Lanyard and sheath to utilize in this modern world. This Kukri was also great to use for any kind of heavy works. It can be used to chop wood, fire wood, bone, cleaning bushes. The blade is made of Highly Graded Carbon Steel and its semi-polished. It is broad and more curved then Standard Kukris therefore it is perfect while use.

The Handle is flat full tang. Unlike other handle (not Rat-tail), the handle and blade is a one single piece and visible all around the handle (See pictures).

Special Brown Sheath is made of Genuine Buffalo Leather. The blade is 12" long with 5.5" handle (Overall 17 Inches). It weighs approximately 2.85 lb or 1300 grams. The craftsmanship on this knife is amazing so if you are looking for the finest quality Kukri you will not be disappointed. Karda & Chakmak: These are small knives come with Kukri.

Karda is small knife used of skinning animal hairs and Chakmak is used of sharpening the Kukri blade in its blunt. This is handcrafted kukri therefore please note that each one might have slight variations in measurement.

12" Full tang Semi Polished Blade with 6" Yak horn handle, Overall length 18", Thickness about 3/8" or 10mm at Spine. Highly Graded Carbon Steel (made out of Car or truck spring), Dark Rosewood handle, Black water buffalo leather sheath. Or 32 Oz (900 grams) Approx. Blade and Sheath & Karda & Chakmak. This is historical icon of Nepal.

The Kukri is use by renewal Gurkha. Its one of the most practical day to day use knives in household of Nepal in general purpose. Made in eastern Part of Nepal by skilled Kaami.
