This is the design for a seax that I'm thinking of as one of my Best project. Its based on one of the old oldest Blade design.

Steel: 5160 carbon steel , Leaf spring of Truck. Blade: 12 inches Hand forged , raw finished blade for Heavy duty. Handle: 6 inches Full tang Handle made of Rosewood.
